By creating an account or using Stayly ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of Stayly.

2. Description of Service

Stayly is a personal travel and residency tracking tool designed to help individuals monitor their time inside and outside the United States for general informational purposes. The App allows users to:

Log international trips and travel dates
Track cumulative days spent inside the U.S. per immigration cycle
View forecasts and summaries of residency patterns
Set and monitor naturalization progress goals

3. Not Legal or Immigration Advice

IMPORTANT: Stayly is not a law firm and does not provide legal, immigration, or tax advice.

The information and calculations provided by the App are for general informational and personal organizational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Immigration laws are complex and fact-specific. Always consult a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative before making any immigration-related decisions.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all trip data and personal information you enter into the App. Stayly's calculations and forecasts are based entirely on the data you provide. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any calculations for any particular purpose.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

6. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all trip data and personal information you enter. By using the App, you grant Stayly a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your personal data. 7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
Share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stayly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
